Senior Photos Columbus Ohio - Robb McCormick Photography

Graduation is an incredible time for students as they venture out into the world, preparing for their bright future. As these leaders of tomorrow get ready to make their mark on the world, as a senior portrait photographer, I feel honored to document their journey and its important milestones. My recent senior portrait session with Allie was another great experience. Allie is a senior and softball player at Gahanna High School and chose to have her senior portrait session at Scioto Mile and Downtown Columbus. A fabulous location for an equally spectacular student!

Allie’s Senior Portrait Session At Scioto Mile and Downtown Columbus

Nothing inspires me more than hearing about the amazing plans that these seniors have for themselves. From showcasing their talents to radiating positive vibes, these guys are so awesome to work with, and photographing Allie's senior portraits was no less. We scouted different locations at Scioto Mile and Downtown Columbus, finding unique backdrops that would make Allie truly shine.

I absolutely adore it when seniors pull out all the stops to create unforgettable memories. And for Allie didn’t have one, but four stunning outfit changes planned for her senior portraits! Allie's first ensemble was a chic brown top paired with white pants with heels, blending with the backdrop effortlessly. As she struck poses between grand columns, her radiant 1000-volt smile lit up the whole place like a burst of sunshine. What an absolute delight to work with!

Next, Allie slipped into something more casual - a pair of jeans and a cozy sweater, expertly paired with sleek black boots. As a portrait photographer, my ultimate goal is to make my clients feel confident and at ease. Striking that delicate balance of guidance and freedom is the key to capturing their essence. Allie's power poses kept coming in one after the other, making the session easy-breezy. She changed into a white sweatshirt for her third outfit that aligned perfectly with the rustic backdrop. But Allie wasn't done yet - her fourth ensemble was a show-stopper, a chic black dress that perfectly displayed her inner fashionista, and she truly owned the session.

The weather was fantastic, and the natural lighting gave Allie's senior photos a soft glow. Allie's hair and make-up were on-point throughout the day, and I could tell she invested so much time and effort to make this day unforgettable. I enjoyed getting some close-up shots of her, and she looked like a superstar with her sunshine-like smile.
